Overview of the role
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst who enjoys requirement gathering for rapidly changing high technology solutions quickly. As well as a flexible, fast learner who relishes solving problems.
Responsibilities of the job
- The responsibilities for this role will include (but are not limited to): Excellent client management skills and involve in developing business strategy.
- Forming effective working relationships with customer representatives
- Defining and clarifying a customer's requirements and generation of documents, data interpretation and reports for project Implementation.
- Coordinating/facilitating training sessions during Implementation process.
- Determines the appropriate method of data collection and research methodology and to generate new ideas
- Gather, scope and document business requirements
- Perform benefits analysis in Carry out investigation into technical solutions and perform cost benefit analysis into available options, presenting proposals in a Detailed Business Case.
- Contribute to the design of enhancements to existing computer systems and the development of new applications.
- Perform system analysis and prepare functional and technical specifications based on User requirements to support the development and implementation of technical change, ensuring that documentation remains fully maintained.
- Produce test strategy documentation and scripts Perform and document Post Implementation Reviews to identify potential improvements in project process and change management.
Experience
- Background in account management or other customer centric roles
- Knowledge of Technology and popular products
- Strong ability to strategize and plan for both short term and long-term road maps
- Minimum 3-4 years Experience as an IT (Information Technology) Consultant or Analyst
- Excellent time management skills, to work efficiently to deliver the projects
